How Our Returns Work
Because we're an online store, returns are handled differently than traditional retailers. Please read carefully so your return or refund goes smoothly.
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Contact Us First
If you want to return a product, please email us at our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization (RMA) and Instructions
We will contact our supplier to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with the exact return address and instructions.
Do NOT send products back without getting this approval and address from us first.
3. Ship the Item Back
Once you receive the RMA number and return address, send the item(s) back to the supplier referencing the RMA number on the package.
Please consider using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Supplier Inspection and Refund to Us
The supplier will inspect the returned item. Once approved, they refund us the wholesale price of the product.
5. Customer Refund
After we receive the refund from our supplier, we will issue a full refund to you via the original payment method.
Additional Details
Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, personalized items, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive confirmation from the supplier.
Defective or Incorrect Items: Please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
